Right after the announcement of the Accenture and ServiceNow partnership, now Microsoft Azure and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) have announced a partnership. The consulting giant has joined hands with the Redmond-based cloud provider to launch its Catalyst cloud data platform. BCG stated that the Catalyst cloud data platform is a SaaS offering that pairs BCG’s digital IP, and business process expertise, and best practices with Microsoft’s cloud computing prowess.
BCG is one of the oldest names in management consultation and is considered to be the pioneer of business strategy. Given the general shift of enterprises to digital mediums all around the world, it is only natural that BCG focuses on delivering their expertise around the world by leveraging the cloud. The launch of Catalyst cloud data platform is a step in the same direction.

The newly launched SaaS platform by the consulting giant aims to deliver AI and advanced data analytics capabilities to its customers for enhanced management of data, strategy, and business processes. Today’s tech-savvy world has come to realize the importance of data for the growth of their businesses. BCG aims to help enterprises tide over the lack of tools needed to properly utilize data and AI for business growth.
Via the Catalyst cloud data platform, BCG promises to deliver “a single, unique, and unified platform that enables business decision-makers to manage, model, analyze, and visualize data.” As per the consulting firm, this will help enterprises with outcome prediction, accelerated decision-making, reduced risks, and improved operational efficiency.
