(?we? or ?Cloud Management Insider?) policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use, access and initiate transactions on the cloud-based software services (?Services?) offered through the websites and applications owned and operated by Cloud Management Insider at www.cloudmanagementinsider.com and its related mobile applications (the ?Platform?).

1. What Information Is Collected And How Is It Used?
Account Creation Information: When creating an account, users must register by providing their name, email and a password. Your email will be utilized to (i) verify your account upon account creation, (ii) provide information regarding our services, including marketing based email campaigns and newsletters, and/or (iii) to communicate material changes to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Users can opt-out of marketing communications through the unsubscribe link in the corresponding newsletter or email.
Cookies: Cloud Management Insider utilizes cookie technology to gather information on Internet use in order to serve you more effectively. Usage of cookies is in no way linked to personally identifiable information. You can set your browser to remove or reject cookies; however some Platform features or Services may not work properly without cookies.
2. Is Information Collected by or Disclosed to Third Parties?
Payment Processing Information. Cloud Management Insider does not itself store debit or credit card information on its servers. Cloud Management Insider utilizes a third party payment processor, Stripe, to manage and process payments in order to guarantee the security of your information. Users should review Stripe’s Privacy Policy for more information on their data collection practices.
Google Analytics: Google Analytics is used to access anonymous data to help us understand how users engage with our Platform, so that we can review and improve our Services. Google Analytics collects information anonymously. It provides a report to Cloud Management Insider with website trends without identifying individual visitors. Platform usage is tracked using Google Analytics in accordance with their Privacy Policy.However, if you do not want your data to be used by Google Analytics, you may opt-out by installing Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Social Plug-Ins: Users may share their experiences through various social media plugins offered on the Platform. Your use of social network plugins is subject to each social media site’s privacy policy. Users should review the applicable privacy policies for more detail about information collected from those sites/services.
Integrated API?s:
- Location API. Cloud Management Insider has integrated ipinfo.io?s API to utilize geolocation in connection with the Services. Information is collected in accordance with io Privacy Policy
- Currency API. Cloud Management Insider utilizes fixer.io, a free JSON API for current and historical foreign exchange rates published by the European Central Bank. The fixer.io does not have a published privacy policy.
- Timezone API. The Timezone API provides time offset data for locations on the surface of the earth for a specific latitude/longitude pair and date. Information is collected in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Amazon SDK. Cloud Management Insider uses Amazon SDK to build applications on top of the AWS services utilized by our end users. Users should click the AWS Privacy Policy hyperlink for more information about their data collection and privacy policies.
- Cloud Management Insider uses Highcharts to add interactive charts to its Services. Please click on the Highcharts hyperlink for more information about their data collection and use practices.
Other Potential Third Party Disclosures: Information may also be disclosed to third parties (1) as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process; (2) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request, or (3) if Cloud Management Insider is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify users (i) about law enforcement or court ordered requests for data unless otherwise prohibited by law, or (ii) if your personal information is to be disclosed or transferred and/or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
3. How Does Cloud Management Insider Comply With The Children?s Online Privacy Protection Act?
We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@cloudmanagementinsider.com We will delete such information from our files within a commercially reasonable time.
4. How Long Does Cloud Management Insider Retain Information Collected?
We will retain account data for a commercially reasonable time and as we deem necessary to provide our Services to our users. If you would like us to delete your registered account information, please contact us at info@cloudmanagementinsider.com and we will respond in a reasonable time.
What is Cloud Management Insider’s Security Policy?
We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, destruction or alteration. However, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can ever be 100% secure.
Cloud Management Insider utilizes only PCI-DSS compliant third party payment processors to ensure the security of your personal information. Users should review Stripe’s Security Policy for more information on their security practices. Users utilizing Third Party Cloud Services Providers such as AWS or Microsoft Azure should also review the AWS Cloud Security Policy or the Microsoft Azure Security Policy for more information on its security practices.
6. How Does the Platform Respond to ?Do Not Track? Signals?
‘Do Not Track’ is a feature enabled on some browsers that sends a signal to request that a website disable its tracking or cross-website user tracking. At present, the Platform does not respond to or alter its practices when a Do Not Track signal is received.
7. How Will I Be Notified of Changes to Your Privacy Policy?
If we make material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will notify you either by: (i) changing the Effective Date at the top of the Privacy Policy, (ii) sending an email to our account holders, and/or (iii) adding a statement to the Platform.
You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
